Alessandro Matteini was born in 1977 in Genoa.
He is a lawyer specilised in real estate. Since January 2015, he is a partner in the real estate department of Baker&McKenzie, a renowned international law firm with more than 4,200 professionals in offices around the world.
After receiving his University Degree in Law in Genoa and getting a Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance at Bocconi, he started his career at the law firm Bonelli Erede, which subsequently became known as Salary Partner of NCTM and Of Counsel of Paul Hastings. He collaborated for many years with Riccardo Delli Santi by assisting national and international clients during many of the most significant real estate operations recently realised in Italy. Specifically, he gained great experience in managing complex real estate operations, such as buying and selling of portfolios, requalifications and transformations, management of real estate NPLs, institution of real estate funds and other types of investments and tenders.
He constantly assists renowned real estate operators, including constructors, investment banks, funds and other institutional investors and management companies.
He regularly collaborates with magazines and participates, as a speaker, to numerous real estate conferences. He is vice president of AGIDI (Italian Association of Real Estate Law Experts) and he is member of the national committee of ASPESI (National Association for Real Estate Promotion and Development Companies).
