Massimiliano Aulicino was born in 1967 in Genoa.
He acquired his Secondary School Diploma in Surveying in Genoa. Subsequently, he attended a specialisation course as technical project assistant and construction work organized by the Liguria region at the Genoese Construction School Body.
In 1989, he started working for Costruzioni S.p.a., where he worked throughout his career.
As a result of his thirty-year working experience, he has acquired important expertise in building site management of operational commissions as well as coordination of the technical office, becoming an important figure within the company.
