The intervention dealt with the recovery of part of the estate located close to Via Assarotti in the centre of the city of Genoa. HMO returned the fine arts restricted building to its original residential function in total respect with the topological and formal elements that used to characterise it.
HMO realised 7 prestigious apartments from 75 sq. to 150 sq. with annexed parking spaces.
The total construction cost is of 1.3 million €.
