The project comes from Audi Centro S.p.a.’s need to transfer its workshop and the relative storage room and dealership.
HMO found a lot within the much larger former Genoese Milk Factory complex.
The lot’s square metre is 7,540 over which a new 2,400 sq. building will be constructed. HMO is currently providing full services for this project.
The total construction cost is of 4 million €.
