The intervention dealt with the realisation of a logistic and directional platform for the headquarters of the group SO.GE.GROSS S.p.a. within a much broader requalification of a neglected area called Lo Faro in Genoa Bolzaneto.
The building has 4 over ground floors and it covers a 15,000 sq. surface of office spaces, logistic storage room and underground parking lots.
The total construction cost is of 9.6 million €.
